We are currently seeking a Structural Revit Drafter with strong experience in AutoDesk Revit to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Structural Revit Drafter is responsible for the creation, management, and maintenance of building structural models and drawings using Revit. This role works closely with structural engineers and other disciplines to ensure that building designs are accurate, coordinated, and fully documented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Revit structural models and drawings based on project specifications and engineer directions.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and other drafters to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
  • Maintain and manage Revit project files, ensuring they are properly organized and current.
  • Apply and adhere to drafting standards, templates, and workflows for structural documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Assist in resolving design and documentation issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support BIM-related tasks including coordination and clash detection with other building systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3 years' experience in Autodesk Revit is REQUIRED (specifically in structural drafting and detailing).
  • Strong understanding of structural systems (concrete, steel, foundations, framing, etc.).
  • Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with additional design software (Tekla, RISA 3D, Woodworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, RF Tools, SketchUp).
  • Understanding of structural codes and standards.
  • Experience collaborating on multi-discipline projects.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, in-office
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-hour morning shift
  • Compensation: Php 45,000 – Php 55,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level, with raises based on performance and growth)
  • Probationary Period: 6 months with training, mentorship, and performance evaluation. Successful candidates may transition to permanent positions with the potential for a raise.
