About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our growing Architecture & Engineering team in Cebu. You will work closely with our engineering partners in Israel on Plumbing / Sanitary / Fire Protection projects, producing accurate Revit drawings and documentation that meet international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop plumbing and sanitary systems for residential buildings in coordination with architectural and MEP teams.
  • Support BIM workflows and clash detection processes using Revit
  • Update and revise drawings based on engineer/architect instructions.
  • Produce layouts, sections, details, and sheets as required.
  • Ensure outputs meet project standards, quality requirements, and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Architecture; PRC license preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Architect specializing in MEP designs (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is preferred
  • Knowledge in Advanced Revit & AutoCAD skills.
  • Solid experience in residential projects (mid- to high-rise a plus).
  • Prior work with foreign clients or multicultural teams is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with international codes (willingness to learn Israeli standards).

Candidates will also be required to present a portfolio or samples of drawings/designs they have done for projects/assignments
