The client is a high-growth, multi-unit quick service restaurant (QSR) operator with several locations across the Northeast. We are passionate about delivering exceptional

customer experience and operational excellence. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a sharp, data-driven Operations Analyst to join our team and help drive performance across the business. This position will work closely with company leadership and the finance team to analyze store performance, streamline operations, and support strategic decision-making based on data analysis. You will extract and interpret data, build insightful reports and models, and help identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 64,000
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, with 1 hour unpaid break | New Jersey, Eastern time

  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and financial performance across all restaurant locations
  • Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reports to track KPIs and trends
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and store-level teams
  • Support ongoing initiatives to optimize labor, inventory, and sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and HR
  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings and performance reviews
  • Recommend improvements based on data to streamline processes and enhance profitability

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) EXPERIENCE
  • 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and present clear, concise findings
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and an interest in operations
