Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data gathered from program administrators. This role involves working closely with senior data analysts and business teams to identify trends and insights to support decision-making processes. The Data Analyst will also contribute to the development and maintenance of databases and operational reports.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist in collecting and organizing data from offshore operations
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support senior analysts in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and challenges
  • Manage data collection from various locations and drop to applicable ingestion points
  • Proactively communicate with business partners on missing files and data errors identified in the schematic review process
  • Perform logging and status updates for all program data trackers and ensure accuracy of the Program Data Dashboard Manager
  • Assist in creating data visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Requirements
  • Experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL

Nice-to-Haves
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud/Big Query.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Must be very experienced in excel including validation, queries, calculations, and macros.
