About the Role

We're looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing global team at Highspring. This role supports our international treasury operations — managing cash, optimizing liquidity, and assisting with foreign exchange and banking activities across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Management & Forecasting

  • Monitor daily cash positions across global entities.
  • Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Support intercompany funding and repatriation strategies.

Foreign Exchange & Hedging

  • Assist in managing FX exposures and executing hedging strategies.
  • Maintain FX policy documentation and ensure compliance.

Banking & Treasury Operations

  • Coordinate with domestic and international banking partners.
  • Support onboarding and maintenance of bank accounts and services.
  • Manage the company's purchasing card program (issuance, limits, cancellations, inquiries).
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and banking regulations.

Treasury Systems & Automation

  • Help implement and optimize treasury technology and ERP integrations.
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare treasury reports and analyses for senior leadership.
  • Analyze cash flow, FX rates, and banking fees.
  • Support quarterly lender reporting and audits.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
  • Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of international banking and FX markets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment preferred.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with cash pooling, intercompany loans, and hedging instruments.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and international teams.
