In this full-time role, WFH set-up, you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization. As a skilled analyst, you will leverage your expertise to uncover valuable patterns and trends, empowering our business to make more informed and impactful choices.

What you'll be doing

  1. Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify meaningful insights
  2. Design and develop reporting dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate data findings
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support
  4. Propose data-backed recommendations and solutions to optimise business performance
  5. Continuously improve data processes and systems to enhance efficiency and data integrity
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to enhance your skillset

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, or a related discipline
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role
  3. Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation using tools like SQL, Excel, and Looker Studio
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to uncover insights from complex data
  5. Good communication and presentation skills to effectively translate data into actionable insights
  6. Familiarity with business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing business needs
