About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate – Recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in drafting and posting job ads on various platforms (job boards, social media, career site).
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruitment campaigns and other talent sourcing initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics as needed.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR-related role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and contributing to the growth of the organization
