The SENIOR CLIENT ACQUISITION OFFICER is responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition and sales of the company's complete HR service solutions, which include manpower outsourcing, recruitment, payroll administration, HR documentation, and compliance management. He/She identifies potential clients, presents tailored solutions to meet their HR and manpower requirements, and ensures proper account turnover to the Client Management Department for implementation. This role requires a mix of field experience, strong business development skills, and familiarity with the manpower services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Business Development

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients needing HR and manpower support services.
  • Conduct business meetings, client presentations, and solution-based selling activities.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, service quotations, and contracts in coordination with management.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Maintain strong networks, industry contacts, and client pipelines for continuous business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide business strategy.

Solution Selling and Coordination

  • Promote the company's full range of HR services, including recruitment and deployment, payroll and timekeeping, HR administration, and compliance support.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment, HR Operations, and Finance teams to validate service capacity and ensure alignment before closing deals.
  • Provide clients with accurate and realistic service proposals based on company capabilities.

Account Turnover and Endorsement

  • Facilitate the smooth handover of newly acquired accounts to the Client Relations & Operations team for servicing.
  • Ensure all required documents, agreements, and client details are complete and properly endorsed.
  • Support onboarding and initial coordination to align service delivery expectations.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Account Executives or Sales Associates
  • Work with management in developing acquisition campaigns, sales materials, and business development strategies.
  • Contribute to improving service offerings based on client feedback and market insights.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain updated client records, leads, and acquisition reports.
  • Submit timely sales performance updates and forecasts.
  • Monitor acquisition results and conversion efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Management, or any Business-related program
  • With at least 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role, and with background in Manpower Servicing
  • Knowledgeable in HR and manpower outsourcing processes
  • Strong client prospecting and lead conversion skills
  • Ability to sell customized HR service solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong coordination and teamwork with internal departments
  • Skilled in strategic sales planning and target achievement
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
