As a Business Development Associate, you'll support the Business Development Manager in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and operations teams.
This is a great fit for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably within the market research industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies for EMEA clients.
- Coordinate pricing, timelines, and inputs with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records and monitor sales pipelines.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new partnerships.
- Handle client follow-ups and ensure excellent customer service.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Support the BD Manager in client meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Provide regular updates on account status, progress, and client feedback.
- Participate in strategy sessions to enhance service delivery and business processes.
General Activities
- Maintain the company's professional image and brand reputation.
- Identify and report financial or operational risks to the Business Development Manager.
- Contribute actively to team efforts and regional growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development and Account Management.
- Experience in the Market Research industry is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build cross-cultural relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Results-driven, organized, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Willing to work on mid-shift (EMEA hours) and hybrid setup in Cubao.
