Join a growing global market research company as an Account Associate and build your career in client management, business development, and project coordination. You'll work closely with international teams to manage online survey projects, support client accounts, and help achieve sales goals in the US region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Management and Business Development teams in daily operations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver project proposals and bids.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities.
  • Maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and KPI updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience (sales experience not required).
  • Must have a sales-driven mindset, strong initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Willing to work night shift (8:00 PM–12:00 MN start), Monday–Friday.
  • Open to hybrid work setup after few weeks of onboarding.
