OVERVIEW

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help expand our client base, manage key accounts, and contribute to the company's overall growth. If you're driven, analytical, and passionate about building relationships, this role is a great opportunity to grow your career in business development

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, opportunities, and trends.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Support the team in developing strategies that drive sales and business growth.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development, Account Management, or Market Research (preferred but not required).

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Benefits:

Transportation Allowance - 500/day (when working on-site)

Internet Reimbursement - 50/day (when working-from-home)

Perfect Attendance Incentive -2,000/month
