Assist in the development, maintaining and promoting effective communication and good relationships with private and government offices in the completion of licenses, documents and other requisites.

  • Processing of transfer titles
  • Application and follow-up of building permits and occupancy permits to LGU
  • Securing the realty tax payments of all properties
  • Processing of mayor's permit renewal of all companies and payment of their registration fee every year
  • Subdivision permits and certificate of completion to DHSUD (Department of Human Settlements & Urban Development)
  • Gathering tax declarations and tax clearances from LGU assessor's office
  • Negotiate with surveyors
  • Negotiate with the head of any government agencies to settle things
  • Documentation
  • Processing DPWH project billings.
  • Additional task may given by the superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year business-related course.
  • With good scholastic records.
  • With 6 months experience as liaison or similar role.
  • Willingness and ability to do fieldwork.
  • Experience in processing of permits, tax declarations, transfer titles and etc. is an advantage.
  • With driver's license and knows how to drive 4-wheels is an advantage .
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
