Liaison Assistant

Assist in the development, maintaining and promoting effective communication and good relationships with private and government offices in the completion of licenses, documents and other requisites.
- Processing of transfer titles
- Application and follow-up of building permits and occupancy permits to LGU
- Securing the realty tax payments of all properties
- Processing of mayor's permit renewal of all companies and payment of their registration fee every year
- Subdivision permits and certificate of completion to DHSUD (Department of Human Settlements & Urban Development)
- Gathering tax declarations and tax clearances from LGU assessor's office
- Negotiate with surveyors
- Negotiate with the head of any government agencies to settle things
- Documentation
- Processing DPWH project billings.
- Additional task may given by the superior.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year business-related course.
- With good scholastic records.
- With 6 months experience as liaison or similar role.
- Willingness and ability to do fieldwork.
- Experience in processing of permits, tax declarations, transfer titles and etc. is an advantage.
- With driver's license and knows how to drive 4-wheels is an advantage .
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
