Corporate Coordinator

Job Overview: The Corporate Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and the efficient delivery of manpower services. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, managing client relationships, and supporting overall business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their workforce needs and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of manpower solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients to address any issues or concerns regarding staffing services and provide resolution in a timely manner.
- Recruitment Support:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client staffing requirements and job descriptions.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates to meet client needs, ensuring candidates match qualifications and expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding processes, and facilitate the smooth placement of candidates.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, recruitment activities, and other related documentation.
- Prepare and track contracts, agreements, and other official documentation related to client projects.
- Operational Coordination:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that project timelines and staffing schedules are adhered to.
- Monitor workforce utilization to ensure optimal staffing levels for clients.
- Assist in managing workforce performance, ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Communicate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, HR, and operations) to ensure a smooth flow of information regarding client requirements and staffing needs.
- Prepare regular progress reports, updates, and presentations for management and clients.
- Ensure consistent and clear communication across all departments involved in the staffing process.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all staffing activities comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Keep records of employee contracts, work permits, and other compliance documentation.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address any client concerns, issues, or disputes related to manpower services and ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Management:
- Assist in coordinating special projects or large staffing drives, ensuring they are executed according to client expectations and deadlines.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
