Job Description
The Liaison Officer will assist the firm in handling official transactions, document processing, and coordination with courts, government agencies, and clients. This is a vital support role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- File and retrieve documents with courts, government offices (SEC, BIR, LRA, City Hall, etc.), and other institutions
- Deliver and pick up legal documents and correspondence
- Assist in notarization, payments, and other administrative errands
- Maintain records of filed documents and monitoring logs
- Provide support to the lawyers and legal staff for office-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- With or without prior liaison experience
- Must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Can communicate clearly in English and Filipino/Cebuano
- Preferably with a valid driver's license (motorcycle or 4-wheel)
- Willing to do fieldwork within Cebu and nearby areas
