Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews).

Maintain and update employee records and HR files.

Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and correspondence.

Support the onboarding process for new employees.

Help monitor attendance, leaves, and other timekeeping matters.

Coordinate with different departments for HR concerns and updates.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or HR manager.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree any related field.

With or without experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
