Position Overview:
The HR Staff is responsible for supporting the full scope of Human Resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and HR administration. This role plays a key part in maintaining a healthy workplace culture and ensuring that company policies are implemented consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and partnerships.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Schedule final interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates to applicants.
- Assist in onboarding, orientation, and completion of pre-employment requirements.
2. Employee Relations
- Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Process payroll-related documents and employee attendance monitoring.
- Ensure accurate updating of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Assist in processing leaves, overtime, incentives, and adjustments.
4. Records Management & HR Admin
- Maintain updated 201 files, employee records, and confidential documents.
- Prepare HR reports, memos, contracts, and office communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal standards.
- Manage HR databases and update employee information regularly.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and training materials.
- Assist in identifying employee development needs.
- Monitor completion of training programs and evaluate effectiveness.
6. Performance Management
- Assist in facilitating performance appraisal cycles.
- Distribute evaluation forms and consolidate results.
- Support managers in tracking employee KPIs and performance improvements.
7. HR Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations.
- Prepare required documents for audits and government inspections.
- Monitor contract renewals, probationary evaluations, and regularization requirements.
8. Offboarding & Exit Processes
- Coordinate clearance processing, exit interviews, and final pay requirements.
- Ensure proper turnover of responsibilities and company assets.
- Update records of separated employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using HR systems/software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; HR experience is an advantage.
