HIRING S-QUAD REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IS LOOKING HR RECRUITMENT STAFF

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruitment Staff. The HR Recruitment Staff will handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course
  • Minimum of 1-2 years work experience related to recruitment processing
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment in GMA, Cavite
