What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  2. Screening, interviewing, and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture
  3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role
  4. Coordinating the interview and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
  5. Maintaining a talent pipeline and proactively reaching out to potential candidates
  6. Providing support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process
  7. Continuously analyzing and improving recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and improve hiring outcomes

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a recruitment but open for fresh graduate
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technologies
  6. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the Philippines
  7. A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building a diverse and high-performing workforce
