About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior HR Officer to oversee and improve our company's human resource systems and practices. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and people management skills to support the company's growth while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

You'll be responsible for a wide range of HR operations—from recruitment and policy enforcement to employee engagement and performance systems—across multiple business units and branches.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviews, and job offers
  • Ensure smooth and structured onboarding for all new hires
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for key roles and upcoming expansions

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and violations
  • Conduct exit interviews and track turnover trends

Performance Management

  • Administer performance evaluations and probationary tracking
  • Monitor attendance, tardiness, and productivity reports
  • Support department heads in implementing improvement plans

Training & Engagement

  • Recommend and coordinate training or development programs
  • Lead employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
  • Build and maintain a positive company culture across locations

HR Systems & Admin

  • Maintain and improve HR databases and employee records
  • Propose and implement HR process automation and documentation
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, memos, and compliance updates

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-branch setup
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Filipino)
  • Proficient in HR documentation, policy writing, and analytics/reporting

Bonus if You Have

  • Experience implementing or managing HRIS/ERP systems
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and onboarding automation
  • Strategic exposure to organizational development or change management
