Job Summary

The HR Associate provides support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role is responsible for assisting in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, benefits administration, and other HR functions that contribute to employee engagement and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
  • Employee Records & Documentation
  • Maintain and update personnel files and HRIS records.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Timekeeping & Payroll Support
  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll-related documents.
  • Coordinate with Accounting/Payroll team for accurate processing.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement activities and programs.
  • Provide support in handling employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Help promote company culture, values, and policies.
  • Training & Development
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for training programs.
  • Assist in maintaining training records and evaluation reports.
  • Government & Benefits Administration
  • Assist in processing SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated benefits.
  • Support HMO and other employee benefit programs.
  • General HR Support
  • Support HR projects, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR-related work experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS (Odoo or similar system is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
