JOB SUMMARY:

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring that the organization hires qualified and well-suited candidates. This role oversees the implementation of recruitment strategies, HR policies, and programs within the unit, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Recruitment Supervisor also manages and supports HR personnel, facilitates hiring activities, and serves as a key partner to department heads and external stakeholders to meet staffing needs efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding, in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure alignment with staffing needs.
  • Supervise and guide HR team members, implementing training and development programs to enhance team performance.
  • Administer and execute HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave management, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Address and resolve complex or sensitive employment-related inquiries and issues from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
  • Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices; regularly review and update policies to maintain compliance.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, recruitment strategies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve processes.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of Personnel Requisition Forms (PRFs) and recruitment documents.
  • Coordinate with department heads to anticipate and fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Post, monitor, and manage job openings across all recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with employment agencies, universities, and government organizations for talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Source candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct initial screening and assessments prior to manager endorsement.
  • Manage job offers, monitor pre-employment requirement completion, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including New Employee Orientation (NEO).
  • Conduct thorough background checks on prospective employees.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or HR, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and government employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Willing to work fulltime onsite, Monday-Saturday
  • Willing to do fieldworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
