We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Participate in performance management processes and provide administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are must.
  • Can start immediately.
