Job Description:
The Recruitment Assistant is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to help build a strong and capable workforce for the company. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting in pre-employment requirements, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for applicants. The Recruitment Assistant will work closely with the HR team to meet staffing needs and uphold recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing job postings and updating recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
- Help facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain organized recruitment records and files.
- Support HR initiatives related to employer branding and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
