Job Description:

The Recruitment Assistant is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to help build a strong and capable workforce for the company. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting in pre-employment requirements, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for applicants. The Recruitment Assistant will work closely with the HR team to meet staffing needs and uphold recruitment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
  • Assist in preparing job postings and updating recruitment trackers.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
  • Help facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain organized recruitment records and files.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employer branding and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
