JOB HIGHLIGHTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring of all 34 Engineers assigned in different branches.
- Collect and Submit Daily Attendance Report to ITO including Head Office.
- Collecting monthly report DTR, Daily Accomplishment Report, and OT Accomplishment Report.
- Monitoring of Overtime of all Engineers assigned in different branches.
- Monitoring of Preventive Maintenance Report.
- Sending advisory for Preventive Maintenance to Project Manager.
- Requesting for Inventory of all units for each branch from ITO.
- Encoding DTR to HRIS
- Encoding OT to HRIS
- Quarterly Billing Cycle process and attachment.
- Requesting reliever once the Engineer is absent.
- Quarterly evaluation of Engineers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
- With at least 6 months of working experience as an Admin.
- Good communication skills
- Can perform as Team Leader
- Hardworking
- With good moral character and initiative
- Can work under pressure and urgent request
- Pro-active and diligent
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
