Admin Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor Admin Messenger/Driver, Janitorial and Security services, and Shuttle services.
- Monitors inventory, delivery, and consumption of Facilities Supplies.
- Coordination and processing of building permits, gate pass, and other related documents for movement of supplies and other equipment.
- Ensuring that all facilities, properties, and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible for routing, endorsing, filing, checking, monitoring, and safekeeping of all controlled documents of the Admin Department.
- Assists in the relocation of employees to new offices and the movement of desks, computers, between offices.
- Receive daily information and needs from employees, allocate resources appropriately, and solve employee problems.
- Assist in overall administrative duties for the company day to day operation
- Collaboration with team members and other department to provide deliverables that may be assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the same industry (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- With experience in people handling or had experience in leading a group, preferably with experience in facilities management.
- A fundamental knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Teams, or similar
- Fast learner who can work under minimal supervision and is highly organized.
- Flexibility to handle the urgent needs of employees and do positive responses
