Job Location: PASAY CITY
Job Description:
- Support Merchandisers in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update product information, price lists, and line sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of merchandising reports and sales analysis.
- Coordinate and track product samples, swatches, and photography requirements.
- Help organize seasonal line reviews and range planning meetings.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments (buying, marketing, e-commerce, etc.).
- Input and manage data in internal systems (PLM, ERP, Excel, etc.).
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, presentations, and documentation.
- Track and follow up on order shipments, deliveries, and sample returns.
- Perform general office duties including filing, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Business related
- At least 1-2 years experience as an admin assistant
- Preferably FMCG industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook Up, Formulas)
- Excellent in time management and with attention to details
- Ability to generate and present reports
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
