Overall In-charge of the end-to-end Sales Booking operations. He/She will be in charge in ensuring that the promos, payment terms and scheme conforms to the prescribed conditions of the company and that sales cut-off dates are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Shall oversee the overall Sales Booking operations.

  2. Shall monitor the movement of accounts and sales volume handling accomplishment

  3. Shall take into account delegation of authority and responsibility and span of control within the unit.

  4. Shall ensure core values, code of ethics and operational policies of the company are adhered to strictly in pursuit of business growth.

  5. Shall regularly and closely coordinate with the concerned departments to warrant timely resolution and implementation of concerns

  6. Shall conduct annual operations review and regular meeting with the team.

  7. Shall evaluate employee performance and providing feedback, coaching and develop individual development plans.

  8. Shall review and evaluate new policies and procedures issued by the Head Office affecting Sales Reservation Section.

  9. Shall manage and direct the proper execution of budget and allocate funds appropriately.

  10. Shall train, challenge, motivate, encourage and provide constructive guidance to branch offices and the team related to all areas of effective operations.

  11. Shall determine staffing needs, recruitment and training of newly-hired employees regarding admin office.

  12. Shall review and evaluate new processes and or improvement of existing processes of the unit that will be reflected in the Department's Operations Manual.

  13. Shall perform such other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the

    Company.

Job Qualifications:

  1. College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course

  2. With at least 5 years work experience as Manager handling Sales Documentation or Sales Administration

  3. With knowledge of quality customer service and recovery

  4. Understanding of financial management

  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills

  6. Work with a high degree of accuracy

  7. Highly organized and flexible

  8. Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines

  9. Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision

  10. Keen in details and highly analytical

  11. Proficiency in software applications (MS Office, SAP, etc.,) and internet navigation

  12. Excellent Interpersonal Skills

  13. High stress tolerance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
