We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Officer to handle payroll, employee tax compliance, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and is well-versed in local labor and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle onboarding/offboarding.
  • Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure HR and admin practices follow local laws and company policies.
  • Assist with reports, employee queries, and internal HR communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and admin roles in the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, payroll, and tax procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and payroll tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and capability)
