HR & Admin Officer

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Officer to handle payroll, employee tax compliance, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and is well-versed in local labor and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure HR and admin practices follow local laws and company policies.
- Assist with reports, employee queries, and internal HR communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and admin roles in the Philippines.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, payroll, and tax procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and payroll tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and capability)
