QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years of HR management experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field is required
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
  • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, and if applicable,coordinate with the respective departments for resolution;
  • Support in handling the day-to-day disciplinary and grievance issues including employment status, performance and policy concerns;
  • Provide advice and facilitate low to medium risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct;
  • Responsible in the development of Human Resources policies and its implementation;
  • Ensures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy.
  • Prepares all documentation necessary for all case management concerns (Such as but not limited to NTEs, NODs, RTWOs, Admin Invites, etc.)
  • Handles resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing law suits against the employer.
  • Handle employee relation issues (Disciplinary Cases and DOLE Cases)
  • Performs other duties as assigned
