Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, incentives, government-mandated benefits, and company-initiated benefits.
  • Review and analyze salary structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Administer employee incentives, bonuses, and rewards programs in coordination with HR and Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations related to compensation and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE, etc.).
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding pay, benefits, and policies with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management regarding compensation trends, benefits utilization, and budget forecasting.
  • Assist in developing policies, guidelines, and communication strategies related to C&B.
  • Coordinate with external providers (insurance, HMO, payroll vendors, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of solid experience in Compensation and Benefits, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government benefits administration, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
