Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for HR Generalist who will focus solely on Compensation and Benefits. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience handling manual payroll processing, government contributions, and employee benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
● Process manual payroll accurately and on time (weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly cycles)
● Compute salaries, deductions, adjustments, and final pay
● Handle government statutory contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR)
● Ensure accurate and timely remittances and reporting
● Maintain employee compensation records and payroll documents
● Assist in preparing payslip and payroll reports
● Respond to compensation- and benefits-related inquiries from staff
● Support audit and compliance tasks related to payroll and benefits
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
● At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manual payroll processing
● Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
● Detail-oriented, organized, and confidential with employee information
● Proficient in Excel and manual computation
● Willing to work hybrid setup in Katipunan, Quezon City
Job Type: Fixed term
