About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing U.S.-based personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. We are seeking a Remote Case Manager Supervisor to oversee our case management team, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high standards of client service. This position is open to international candidates only and requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of case managers handling personal injury cases
  • Monitor case progress to ensure deadlines are met and cases move efficiently
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for case management staff
  • Act as an escalation point for client concerns and complex case issues
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with firm procedures and legal standards
  • Communicate regularly with attorneys and firm leadership to provide updates on caseloads and team performance
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a legal, case management, or customer service setting
  • Strong background in personal injury law or related legal support preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient with case management software, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote international team
