Sales Executive

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Belross Communications, Inc. Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱2,400,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Previous experience in sales related roles preferred
  • Background in Telecom, IT, or Power-related products is an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required
  • Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential customers and business opportunities across various industries in the Philippines.
  • Utilize multiple prospecting methods such as cold calls, email outreach, online research, social media, and in-person visits.

Product Promotion and Consultation

  • Present and promote the company's telecommunications and tech offerings.
  • Educate clients on product benefits, technical features, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Conduct consultations to understand the specific needs and pain points of clients.

Sales Execution and Deal Closing

  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations and sales proposals.
  • Close deals and secure signed contracts or purchase orders.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service packages in accordance with company guidelines and close sales effectively.

Sales Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, client interactions, and closed sales.
  • Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market activity.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide post-sale support, address concerns, and coordinate with support teams for installation or onboarding.
  • Encourage repeat business, upselling, and client referrals.

Market Intelligence and Feedback

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
  • Provide timely insights and suggestions to management regarding customer needs and market opportunities.

Other ad hoc functions and/or tasks (could be on a short or long-term basis) that are considered substantial to the business of the company and as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
