
Sales Executive

Property: The Grid Co-Living managed by Hospitality Innovators Inc.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness for the property by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the property's offerings to target markets. This role involves both strategic planning and day-to-day execution of sales activities, including direct sales, lead generation, client presentations, and coordination with internal departments to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, visit, and target potential clients including corporate accounts, academic institutions, group travelers, review platforms, and travel agencies.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, networking, and attending relevant events or expos.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and post-stay feedback.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Assist in formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual occupancy and revenue goals.
- Analyze trends and market demand to offer tailored pricing packages or group discounts when needed.
4. Site Inspections & Presentations
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Ensure the property is well-represented and professionally presented at all times.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with the Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Marketing departments to align on promotions, guest arrangements, and special bookings.
- Ensure smooth handovers of group or corporate bookings to operational teams.
6. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, booking forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager or General Manager.
- Maintain a database of client contacts, sales activities, and feedback for reference and follow-up.
7. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotional campaigns, and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adjust strategies based on competition and guest preferences.
