We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Makati This sales executive job role is ideal for driven professionals who thrive in B2B sales and enjoy building long-term client relationships. As a sales specialist, you'll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—across the corporate security and services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Sales Executive, generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Assess client needs and present tailored sales solutions.
- Build trust with decision-makers and company stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
- Collaborate with the account management team for seamless client handovers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed your sales executiveKPIs and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of B2B experience as a sales executive, sales account executive, or sales specialist (security, telco, logistics, or service industries preferred).
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
