About the role
The Sales Executive role at WORKSWELL ENTERPRISES INC' is a crucial position within the company's sales and account management team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Building and maintaining long-term, consultative relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges
- Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Providing accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Account & Relationship Management industry
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address client needs
- Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems
- A proactive, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
