Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Software Engineer III to lead the development of advanced, scalable, and intelligent software systems. This role combines technical excellence, architectural vision, and leadership, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and mentoring others.

You'll be working on next-generation web platforms and AI-integrated tools while helping shape our engineering culture through best practices and modern solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of large-scale and complex systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies, especially in AI integration and automation to enhance product capabilities.
  • Set and uphold best practices for code quality, security, testing, and deployment.
  • Architect systems that are cloud-native, distributed, and resilient.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues with urgency and precision.
  • Champion innovation by identifying new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead technical reviews, design sessions, and architecture discussions.
  • Proactively remove blockers and manage complexity across projects to maintain momentum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or
  • Proficiency in server-side development using , Python, Ruby, or equivalent.
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • In-depth understanding of database systems—SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Proven track record in architecting scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
  • Expertise in AI technologies, including integration of LLMs, NLP, or predictive analytics into web systems.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and modern authentication protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
