Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performing, and innovative software solutions. This role goes beyond hands-on coding—it calls for a technical leader who can mentor developers, make sound architectural decisions, and align technical strategies with business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish engineering best practices and integrate emerging technologies—particularly AI-driven systems and automation—to enhance efficiency and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of large-scale software systems.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through coaching, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and automation to improve product capabilities.
  • Establish and enforce coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
  • Architect cloud-native, distributed, and resilient systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues with efficiency and precision.
  • Lead design sessions, technical reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Identify and remove technical blockers while maintaining development momentum across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with proven leadership or mentorship roles.
  • Strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Proficiency in server-side development using , Python, Ruby, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Proficient in both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Advanced understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, or predictive analytics.
  • Strong foundation in microservices architecture, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and modern authentication protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
