Job Description

We are looking for a senior full-stack developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performing, and innovative software solutions. This role goes beyond hands-on coding—it requires a visionary technical leader who can mentor others, make sound architectural decisions, and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, establish and enforce engineering best practices, and drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies—particularly AI-driven systems and automation—to improve efficiency and enhance product performance across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of large-scale and complex software systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, especially in AI integration and automation, to strengthen product capabilities.
  • Set and uphold best practices for code quality, security, testing, and deployment.
  • Architect systems that are cloud-native, distributed, and resilient.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues efficiently and with precision.
  • Champion innovation by identifying and applying new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that boost productivity.
  • Lead technical reviews, design sessions, and architecture discussions.
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers while managing complexity across multiple projects to maintain development momentum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or
  • Proficiency in server-side development using , Python, Ruby, or equivalent technologies.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of database systems—both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Proven track record in designing and building scalable, maintainable applications.
  • Advanced skills in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLM integration, NLP, or predictive analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of security best practices and modern authentication protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
