Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Mid-Level Software Developer with strong leadership abilities to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing functional software solutions while mentoring and guiding team members through technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to build software solutions, delegate tasks, and lead issue resolution
  • Contribute to software design and architecture discussions, offering technical and leadership insights
  • Execute tasks across the software development life cycle, managing priorities effectively
  • Utilize programming tools and frameworks for task automation, guiding team members as needed
  • Lead code reviews and debugging sessions to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve products and enhance overall system performance

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in web and software development
  • Proficient in Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiar with AWS maintenance tasks and Linux console operations
  • Basic knowledge of mobile app development (iOS and Android)
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
  • Familiarity with SOLID Principles and Design Patterns
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases
  • Ability to understand both technical and business requirements
  • Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and decision-making skills
  • Willing to work onsite at Holy Spirit Drive, Quezon City (near Ever Gotesco)
  • Demonstrated ability to research and implement programming solutions
