Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who can take the lead in building and optimizing innovative, scalable software solutions. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems while mentoring others and shaping the company's technical direction.

As a senior engineer, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to design efficient systems, streamline development workflows, and apply the latest technologies—including AI and automation—to deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, architecture, and end-to-end development of software applications.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers at all levels.
  • Partner with product and business teams to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Research and apply modern technologies, particularly AI integrations and automated processes.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and system reliability.
  • Design and manage cloud-based systems that are secure, fault-tolerant, and easy to scale.
  • Proactively troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture improvements.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose process or tooling enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of solid full-stack development experience with some leadership exposure.
  • Deep understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Skilled in backend technologies such as , Python, Ruby, or equivalent stacks.
  • Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, containerization, and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Exposure to AI-driven systems, NLP models, or data analytics.
  • Strong foundation in system design, scalability, and performance tuning.
  • Committed to best practices in application security and code maintainability.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
