About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced senior software engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, scalable, and innovative software solutions. This position goes beyond coding—it's a leadership role for visionary engineers who can mentor others, drive architectural decisions, and align technology with business goals.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape engineering standards, and introduce AI-driven and automated solutions that drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of large-scale systems and platforms.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, reviews, and collaboration.
  • Translate business objectives into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • Design cloud-native, distributed, and resilient architectures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently.
  • Champion innovation through research and implementation of new tools and frameworks.
  • Lead technical design sessions, reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Proactively identify and remove technical roadblocks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Proficiency in server-side development , Python, Ruby, or equivalent).
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Proven ability to architect scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics).
  • Strong foundation in microservices architecture, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Familiar with security best practices and modern authentication protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
