Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer III to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance, and innovative software solutions.

This position goes beyond hands-on coding — our Senior Engineers are strategic technical leaders who mentor others, drive architectural decisions, and align technology with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define best practices, guide project direction, and implement AI-driven and automated solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of large-scale software systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, coaching, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and automation technologies to optimize and enhance product capabilities.
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, security, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and maintain cloud-native, distributed, and resilient systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues with urgency and accuracy.
  • Champion innovation by identifying new frameworks, tools, and methodologies that improve performance and productivity.
  • Lead technical reviews, design sessions, and architecture discussions across teams.
  • Proactively manage project complexity, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Proficiency in server-side development using , Python, Ruby, or similar technologies.
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Deep understanding of database systems—SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Proven track record in architecting scalable, maintainable applications.
  • Advanced skills in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
  • Experience integrating AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, or predictive analytics into web systems.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and modern authentication protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
