Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer III to lead the design, development, and delivery of highly complex, scalable, and innovative software solutions. This role goes beyond hands-on coding—our Senior III Engineers are visionary technical leaders who mentor others, drive architectural decisions, and bridge business goals with technical execution.

As a key technical leader, you'll be responsible for guiding project direction, ensuring code quality, and setting engineering best practices. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute strategic insights to business discussions, and proactively identify solutions that enhance performance, scalability, and innovation—especially through AI-driven technologies and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of large-scale and complex systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies, especially in AI integration and automation to enhance product capabilities.
  • Set and uphold best practices for code quality, security, testing, and deployment.
  • Architect systems that are cloud-native, distributed, and resilient.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues with urgency and precision.
  • Champion innovation by identifying new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead technical reviews, design sessions, and architecture discussions.
  • Proactively remove blockers and manage complexity across projects to maintain momentum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or
  • Proficiency in server-side development using , Python, Ruby, or equivalent.
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • In-depth understanding of database systems—SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Proven track record in architecting scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
  • Expertise in AI technologies, including integration of LLMs, NLP, or predictive analytics into web systems.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and modern authentication protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
