Role Description

We're hiring a
Compensation and Benefits Associate This is a full-time, on-site role
based in
RFC Head Office – Mandaluyong City (The DMG Center, D.M. Guevara St.)
. As part of our HR Department, you'll help ensure that employees receive accurate and timely benefits, from
government contributions and loans
to
company-provided assistance programs
. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and update
    government contributions and loans
    (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Prepare and reconcile
    loan-related reports
  • Handle enrollment and removal
    of employees in government and company benefits
  • Ensure accurate and timely
    report submissions
    to government agencies
  • Maintain
    organized and confidential employee records

Qualifications

  • Senior High School or College Graduate
    (preferably in
    Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or related courses
    )
  • With
    1–2 years of relevant experience
    in compensation & benefits, payroll, or HR operations
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Willing to work on-site
