Job Description:

  1. Recruitment

  2. Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent.

  3. Design and execute effective sourcing strategies, selection processes, and employer branding.
  4. Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and build talent pipelines.
  5. Establish processes for recruitment, onboarding, and training.

  6. Administration & Operations

  7. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., insurance, consultants) as needed.

  8. Set up administrative procedures including meeting scheduling, document archiving, and office supplies (e.g., stationery, drinking water, snacks).
  9. Manage work permits, visas, employee records, and office assets to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  10. Submit regular reports and assist with payment documentation
  11. Maintain and organize employee records
  12. Draft employment contracts, official decisions, and internal notices
  13. Ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
  14. Review compensation schemes and departmental KPIs
  15. Coach and develop HR staff (if any) to deliver operational excellence and strategic support

  17. Partner with leadership to support culture-building initiatives, employee engagement, and retention.

  18. Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years at same level.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations in a startup organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferably has experience building or scaling an HR team.
  • Communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Skills in managing and controlling work details.
  • Analytical skills, logical thinking.
  • Skills in handling situations and proposing solutions
