Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Conduct new hire orientations and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters. Mediate and resolve employee disputes, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to management on disciplinary actions. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable pay scales.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance review process. Provide training and support to managers on conducting effective performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, particularly for manufacturing and distribution teams. Coordinate workshops on topics such as safety, compliance, and professional development.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements. Stay current on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure full compliance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
  • Safety and Health: Collaborate with the operations team to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company's business objectives. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
