HR Supervisor

· Monitors and reports all PEN-wide training programs for employees such as PENDEV and the like.
· Coordinates with Team Learning on GTP and other related faculty program
· Champion in training and development of employees (SOG and Academics) in collaboration with the external training specialist/s
· Assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas
· HR supervisors address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. They work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed.
· Endorses related documents to HR Manager that needs urgent employee relation attention
· Conducts Onboarding of new hires
· HR supervisors help other management team members prepare for audits
· HR Supervisor helps the HRM in preparation of budget and faculty loading
· Acts as POC incase the HRM is not available
· Closely monitoring of hiring and performance evaluation
Performs other related functions and duties as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
HR Supervisor shall work within the schools of NCR (existing and future schools)
Should have experience in almost all facets of HR
Willing to have his/her duty in schools of NCR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
