About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Assistant to join our dynamic team at LA THEOZ REAL ESTATE SOLUTION SERVICES INC.' in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Leasing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residential leasing and property management operations. This full-time position will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the processing of rental applications, credit checks and tenant screenings
  • Coordinate property viewings and liaise with potential tenants
  • Maintain detailed records of property listings, tenant details and lease agreements
  • Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants
  • Support the Leasing Manager with administrative tasks and other duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar leasing or property management role, preferably in the residential sector
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both landlords and tenants
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
