Zone: Makati, Pasay, Taft, Las Pinas, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, BGC Taguig
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Leasing Executive Assistant to support our real estate leasing operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
You will assist in managing client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, preparing reports, and closing deals — while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in sales or real estate leasing
- Own laptop, Wi-Fi connection, headphones, and a spare phone for company SIM use
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, motivated, and results-driven
- Willing to travel for meetings and property viewings
- Bachelor's degree qualification required
Responsibilities:
- Assist the leasing executive in daily operations and client coordination
- Handle client inquiries and schedule property viewings
- Prepare and submit KPI reports to immediate superior
- Support in deal negotiation and closing processes
- Maintain updated property listings and client records
Work Setup:
- 70% Work from Home (online coordination, reporting, client follow-ups)
- 30% Field Work (client meetings, property viewing, documentation)
